hjobs tools are deliberately modest. Each one takes text you type, does a simple calculation on your device and shows the working. There are no accounts, no uploaded CVs and no hidden scoring model. If a result looks wrong, you can see why, and that is the point.

Use the skills matcher when you are exploring and do not yet know what to apply for. Use the compatibility checker when you already have a listing open and want to decide whether the application is worth your evening. Many people use both in order: match first, then check the two or three most promising roles in depth.
How the tools are built
- Local processing. Your skills and pasted text are processed by JavaScript in your browser tab.
- Transparent logic. Both tools count overlapping keywords. They do not infer seniority, quality or fit.
- No substitute for judgement. A high score means shared vocabulary, nothing more.
